The quality of the lemon trees is guaranteed by the selection of the seeds that are produced in their own nurseries through techniques oriented towards integrated production.

TOTAI CITRUS S.A. cultivates seven rootstock and five varieties of citrus lemon in isolated and controlled nurseries, once they are ready are transplanted to the orchards. A lemon tree produces an average of 150kg per year divided into 2 harvests 70% between the months of January and July and the remaining 30% between the months of August and December.
